Description
The Yamhill Valley Heritage Center, owned and operated by the Yamhill County Historical Society, is a 12-acre complex showcasing agricultural, family and community history of Yamhill County. The site includes a 30,000 sf museum, plus working blacksmith and sawmill shops, 1880s one-room schoolhouse, and dairy and logging exhibits. Annual events, including Farm Fest, Harvest Fest and Pioneer Days school programs, help to share agricultural history as well as welcome visitors of all ages to learn about Yamhill County's history.
