Business Membership

Business memberships are for individuals or companies who do business with museums or wish to support OMA and our activities. Business memberships receive the following member benefits:

    • Listing in the business directory on the OMA website, including your logo or photograph
    • Discount rate for up to three staff members (paid staff or volunteers) to all OMA events including the annual conference, workshops, and webinars; and free access to recordings of past webinars
    • Free, unlimited postings to the OMA job board
    • Access to member forum
    • Promotion of your museum-related content in the monthly OMA newsletter and on OMA's social media pages

    Beginning March 1, 2026, memberships will be prorated for those who join later in the year.

    OMA memberships renew annually in January. With this new prorated model, anyone joining after March 1 will pay a reduced membership rate based on the month they join, making it easier and more affordable to become part of our community at any time of year.

    Then, each January, members will simply renew at the full annual membership rate along with the rest of the membership base.

    If a new membership application is submitted before March 1, the full annual membership fee will apply for that year.

    We’re excited to offer this added flexibility and accessibility to new members.
