Hello all! I have what may be a basic collections questions but wanted to get some input. I have some items in our collection that were given numbers that are already used for other items. This was before my time and I am not sure how to proceed. Should I give these items new items and add their other incorrect number to the PastPerfect file? That is what makes most sense to me but would love some advice on the topic.
